分離はグランディングとセットにする(042) 
分離はグランディングとセットにすると良いとのことです。
「分離」をすると必要が無くなった意識がつぎつぎに外れていきます。この時、しっかりと地球とのグランディングができていないと上手くいかないそうなのです。
また、意識が外れると同時に小さなアセンションが起こります。 この時、上に引っ張られるのです。その時固定するためにもグランディングが必要なのだそうです。
私の経験ですと、大きなアセンションが起こったとき、幽体離脱のような状態になってしまいました。それを防ぐためにもグランディングが必要なのだと思います。
ひとみちゃんの体験によると、そういうことだそうです。
そこで、「分離」とグランディングをセットにして、実行します。
【グランディングサンプル】
①一度、今までつながっていた地球エネルギーと分離させます。
②地球の強いエネルギーの場所（自分の感じるエネルギースポット） と、つなぎ直します。
③地球から強いエネルギーをいただき、感謝して、地球に戻す。 呼吸をしながら、地球のエネルギーをカラダの中に循環させる。
グランディングの方法は、いろいろありますので、いつもやっている方法で良いと思います。
出来れば、自然の中で、できない人は写真などを見てイメージしながら、 グランディングすることにしましょう。
「分離」中は、少しでも自然の中にいる時間を増やすと◎です。達成率が上がります。
