自我・真我・無我(022) 
これから地球人類の意識が向上してくると、「我（私）」という感じ方が変化（進化）していくことになります。
＜自我とな何か？＞
自我とは、肉体の意識、地球次元での自分の意識です。
＜真我とは何か？＞
真我とは、魂の意識、ハイヤーセルフ（高次元の自分）の次元の意識です。
＜無我とは何か？＞
真我からさらに己という境界線を取り除いた宇宙の高次元の意識です。
意識を磨き上げていくと、自分という意識の位置が地球から宇宙へと変化していくのです。
「自我」「真我」「無我」、それぞれに意味があり、良い悪いの評価はありません。
人間の意識の進化の流れとして、「自我」→「真我」→「無我」と成長していきます。
それではここで、「自我」「真我」「無我」の内容を詳しく確認してみることにしましょう。
【自我の中身】
地球次元の意識である「自我」の中は、いくつかの意識が混ざり合っています。
①「真我」という魂の意識
②「依存」といった自分の意思を放棄した状態の意識
③「他人の理想」という意識
このような意識が混ざり合っている状態にあります。
【自我で生きること】------------------------------------------------------------
「自我」の基本は、幼少期にできます。そして、 ①幼少期に自我が満たされた人と、②幼少期に自我が満たされなかった人とがいます。
【①自我が満たされた人】
自我が十分満たされた人は、 自我の中の「依存」の供給源を断ち切り、「精神的自律」「経済的自立」をすることで → 隠れていた「真我」が顔を出し始め → 次のステップへと進みます。
【②自我が満たされなかった人】
自我があまり満たされていない人は、 抑え込んでいた自分の気持ちに気づくこと。 そして行動することによって「自我」が昇華します。
自我が全く育たなかった人は、「他人の理想」がたくさん入り込んでいますから、 次のステップ【真我】でいきることから始めることにしましょう。
【真我で生きること】------------------------------------------------------------
「真我」で生きることとは、本当の自分の意識、魂の意識、ハイヤーセルフの意識で生きることをいいます。
自分の中にある「他人の理想」を【分離】して外していきます。自分の意思ではないことに気づき、他人の理想であることを認識することで、分離します。
残っている「依存」も分離していきます。 分離が進んで行くと、やがて「真我」が育ち、「真我」で満たされていくことになります。
やがて、 魂の意識と同じ状態になります。そして、魂との【統合】を迎えます。
【無我で生きること】-------------------------------------------------------------
【統合】を迎え、その一歩先にあるのが「無我」の意識です。
自分という枠組みさえ必要ないと思えるようになったとき、「無我」の世界に入ります。
宇宙の高次元の意識です。

＜What is an ego? ]＞
The ego is the physical consciousness, the consciousness of oneself in the global dimension.
＜What is self? ＞
The self is the consciousness of the soul, the consciousness of the higher self.
＜What is selflessness? ＞
It is a high-dimensional consciousness of the universe that further removes the boundary line of self from the self.
As you refine your consciousness, the position of your consciousness changes from the earth to the universe.
"Self", "self", and "selfless" have meanings, and there is no evaluation of good or bad.
As the evolution of human consciousness, it grows in the order of "self" → "self" → "selflessness".
Now, let's take a closer look at the contents of "self," "self," and "selflessness."
[Contents of the ego]
Some consciousness is mixed in the "ego" which is the consciousness of the earth dimension.
① Awareness of the soul of "self"
② Awareness of abandoning one's will such as "dependence"
③ Awareness of "the ideal of others"
This kind of consciousness is mixed.

The basics of "ego" can be done in early childhood. ①Some people were satisfied with their ego in their childhood, ②) Some people were not satisfied with their ego in their childhood.
[①People who are satisfied with their ego]
For those who are fully satisfied with their ego, by cutting off the source of "dependence" in the ego and doing "mental autonomy" and "economic independence" → the hidden "ego" begins to appear → Proceed to the next step.
[② People whose ego was not satisfied]
Those who are not very satisfied with their ego should notice their feelings that they have suppressed. And by acting, the "ego" sublimates.
For those who haven't grown up at all, there are a lot of "ideals of others", so let's start with the next step [self].
[Living with self] ------------------------------------------------------------
Living in the "self" means living in the true consciousness of oneself, the consciousness of the soul, and the consciousness of the higher self.
[Separate] and remove the "ideal of others" in you. Separate by noticing that it is not your intention and recognizing that it is the ideal of others.
The remaining "dependencies" will also be separated. As the separation progresses, the "self" will eventually grow and be filled with the "self".
Eventually, it will be in the same state as the consciousness of the soul. Then, we will reach [integration] with the soul.
[Living without self] -------------------------------------------------------------
With the arrival of [Integration], one step ahead is the consciousness of "selflessness."
When you feel that you don't even need your own framework, you enter the world of "selflessness." <It is a high-dimensional consciousness of the universe.
