ベランダ使用のコンテナ 
ベランダで土を使った生ごみ処理をしようと考えたとき、野外で設置する場合と違い、猫、犬、小動物、カラスなどからの害を防ぐことを考えることは、あまり必要ないでしょう。（ご家庭で小動物を飼っている場合は別ですが・・・・）
そこで、コンテナは簡単なものでも可能です。
手軽な材料で、まずは初めてみることです。
続かない→コンテナがゴミになる・・・・ということは、何よりも避けたいですね。
【屋根ありベランダ】
屋根のあるベランダの場合、雨を防ぐための蓋は基本的に必要ありません。
野菜用の深さ３０ｃｍ程度のプランターを利用するのが一番簡単です。
臭いが発生した時の予防として、細かい網目の「防虫ネッ」トのようなものをかけておくと、ウジ虫が湧いてくるという状況を防ぐことができます。
防虫ネットは、１００ショップの洗濯用ネットにも同じような役目をしてくれそうなものが見つかりそうです♪
また、「すのこ」や「すだれ」で軽く目隠しをしてもよいでしょう。
ベランダは、生活圏と近い距離なので、臭いと虫の発生を防ぐことが重要になります。
【屋根なしベランダ】
屋根なしのベランダの場合は、雨を防ぐことが必須となります。
プランターをまたぐ厚めの木を２本、布団ばさみ、洗濯ばさみを四か所に設置するなど、蓋との隙間を作る工夫をして、上に雨の入らない大き目な板状の屋根を置けばOKです。
蓋となる板との間に隙間を作ることで、風通しを良くし、雨を防ぐのです。
＊台風の時は、ゴミ袋で覆ったりして、飛ばされないように注意してくださいね。
